We have a 15-day exchange or store-credit policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or in-store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept jewelry, personal care items, undergarments, or swimwear for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@noblestore.ca, or visit us in store. Please note that online exchanges or store-credit will need to be sent to the following address: 120, 16 Westway Road Spruce Grove, AB T7X 3X3 or dropped off in person.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We ship domestically within Canada, and internationally within the United States. Typically Canadian orders will be sent to our shipping services within 1 or 2 business days, and then be in transit for up to 7 business days. For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on location.

If you do not receive your package within two weeks of your order confirmation, please get in touch and we will do our best to find your package. If it appears lost we will offer a refund.

We carry women's sizes from extra small, small, medium, large, to extra large. These sizes range in exact measurements, as some items are oversized or body-con. Still, if there is a size you are looking for that we dont have, please contact us here, and we can look into getting that perfect item for you!

Our men's sizes run from small, medium, large, extra large, 2xl, and 3xl.

Our kids sizes range from newborn to 10yrs. Not all of our kids styles have every size brought in, but feel free to contact us and we will try to find what you're looking for.

Our accessory are generally one size; however, our rings come in size 6, 7, and 8.
